Your right to change your mind
If you bought Temja as a private individual, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. This page explains how, when the right ends, and how you get your money back.

This notice describes what the product and the checkout actually do. If anything here conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights win — nothing on this page reduces them.
Who this applies to
It applies to you if you bought a Temja subscription as a private individual, outside any trade, business or profession. That is the single-seat plan bought at the price shown including VAT.
It does not apply to an organization buying seats for its people. A business purchase is a commercial contract with no statutory cooling-off period; cancellation for those is governed by the terms of service.
How long you have
14 days from the day the contract is concluded — the day your payment is confirmed and your account opens.
To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your message before the 14 days are up. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you for one.
When the right ends early
Temja is digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you are asked to confirm two separate things: that you want the service to start straight away, and that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once it has been fully performed. Both are recorded against your order.
Until the service has been fully performed you keep the right, and withdrawing part-way through means you pay only for the proportion already delivered. If you were never asked for that confirmation, the right survives the 14 days in full.
How to withdraw
Tell us in a clear statement. Email support@temja.eu from the address on the account, or post to Anilata AB, Ostgatan 4, 412 75 Gothenburg, Sweden. You may use the form below, but you do not have to — any clear statement works.
Getting your money back
We refund everything you paid within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used, and you pay no fee for the refund itself.

If we cannot agree
If we cannot settle a complaint with you directly, a consumer may refer the dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We will take part in its proceedings and are bound by the outcome to the extent Swedish law requires.
You also keep every mandatory protection of the country you live in. Nothing in our terms takes those away, including the choice of law and the choice of court.
